These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of all services, games, features, and content offered by 24ph ("the Platform," "24ph," "we," "us," or "our") at https://24ph.one and any related applications or channels operated by 24ph.

Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of an underage individual will be immediately closed. All deposits and pending winnings associated with such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 24ph Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 24ph uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 24ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and confiscate any bonus-derived winnings.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any payment method details linked to your account. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 24ph account credentials, including your username, password, and security PIN. You agree to notify 24ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 24ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
24ph operates a KYC verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time 24ph deems necessary. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
24ph supports the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. 24ph does not accept cash deposits, third-party transfers on behalf of another person, or payments from sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to processing time of the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within approximately five (5) minutes for verified accounts with standard withdrawal amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. 24ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests may be declined where KYC verification is incomplete or where suspicious activity is detected on the account.
All 24ph accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, wins, bonuses, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso. 24ph does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.
Account balances that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ₱50, deducted from the remaining balance. 24ph will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder by their registered email or mobile number before dormancy fees are applied.
24ph offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all 24ph bonuses:

24ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, to void all associated wagers and pending winnings, and to report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
All content on the 24ph Platform — including but not limited to the 24ph brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of 24ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any 24ph content without prior written consent from 24ph.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 24ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

24ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to your registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
24ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the 24ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days of written notification to 24ph's support team, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory authority in the Philippines. PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms may also be available to players where applicable.
24ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 24ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the 24ph Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Platform.
